生物炭技术与产业创新国际联合实验室揭牌：Inauguration of International Joint Lab of Biochar Technology and Industrial Inn

8月9日，河南省生物炭工程技术研究中心（以下简称生物炭中心）与马来西亚登嘉楼大学共建“生物炭技术与产业创新国际合作联合实验室”揭牌仪式在郑州举行。烟草学院院长宋朝鹏、副院长任天宝，马来西亚登嘉楼大学Su Shiung Lam教授，以及师生代表等参加。

On August 9, the inauguration ceremony for the “International Joint Laboratory of Biochar Technology and Industrial Innovation”, jointly built by Henan Engineering Technology Research Center for Biochar (hereinafter referred to as the Biochar Center) and Universiti Terengganu, Malaysia, was held in Zhengzhou. Song Zhaopeng, Dean of the College of Tobacco Science, Ren Tianbao, Vice Dean of the College of Tobacco Science, Professor Su Shiung Lam from Universiti Terengganu, Malaysia, together with faculty and student representatives, attended the ceremony.

仪式上，双方围绕联合实验室建设及后续科研合作进行了深入交流，并正式交换了合作备忘录。随后，“生物炭技术与产业创新国际合作联合实验室”揭牌，标志着双方在生物炭技术研究与产业创新领域的合作迈入新阶段。

During the ceremony, both sides held in-depth discussions on the construction of the joint laboratory and follow-up scientific research cooperation, and formally exchanged the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). Afterwards, the unveiling of the International Joint Laboratory of Biochar Technology and Industrial Innovation took place, marking that bilateral cooperation in biochar technology research and industrial innovation has entered a new phase.

联合实验室的成立，是我院生物炭中心深化国际科技合作、拓展高水平学术交流的重要布局。双方将依托各自在生物炭研究领域的科研平台优势与人才资源积累，以联合实验室为纽带，进一步强化人才培养、技术研发与协同创新，重点围绕生物炭技术创新、应用场景拓展及成果转化等方向开展深度合作，切实推动优势互补与资源共享。

The establishment of the joint laboratory constitutes a key initiative of the Biochar Center to deepen international scientific and technological cooperation and expand high-level academic exchanges. Relying on the respective strengths of both parties in research platforms and talent resources in the field of biochar research, the two sides will take the joint laboratory as a bond to further strengthen talent training, technological research and development as well as collaborative innovation. In-depth cooperation will be carried out focusing on biochar technological innovation, expansion of application scenarios, transformation of scientific and technological achievements and other directions to realize complementary advantages and resource sharing.

此次合作备忘录的签署及联合实验室的落地，为双方构建长期、稳定、互信的科研协作关系搭建了新平台。下一步，双方将着力完善联合实验室运行机制，加大科研人员互访与联合培养力度，持续推进生物炭领域的技术创新与成果交流，不断提升国际协同创新能力和影响力。

The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding and the launch of the joint laboratory have created a new platform for both parties to build a long-term, stable and trustworthy scientific research partnership. Going forward, both sides will strive to improve the operational mechanism of the joint laboratory, increase exchanges and joint training of researchers, continuously promote technological innovation and achievement exchange in the biochar sector, and steadily enhance capabilities and influence in international collaborative innovation.
